General Sales Policies

Cape Cod Brass sales and return policies.

GENERAL SALES POLICIES


PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. No prices are guaranteed. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at the time of shipment unless price protection is questioned in writing.

TERMS: Percentage discount (except parts) from manufacturer's list prices specified in each product line if paid by card or check within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.

RETURN CHECK POLICY: There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. All orders will be held until monies due are received.

FREIGHT: Flat rate of $12.75 for U.P.S. ground service within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), unless otherwise specified.

MINIMUM ORDER: There is no minimum order unless specified.

BACK CHARGES: We are not responsible for, do not authorize, and will not accept any charges for the cost of any labor or material incurred for any repair, installation, service or replacement unless incurred with our prior written consent and agreement.

RETURNED GOODS: Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all returns. No merchandise may be returned without prior approval. Manufacturers' defective goods or CCB errors are returnable within 30 days without penalty when returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Replacement products will be shipped immediately. Returned material (not mentioned above) is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special orders may not be returned for credit.

Prices are subject to change by the various manufacturers, but current prices are quoted on the 800 numbers as often as you wish to call. Written quotes will be valid for thirty days. Direct fax is available, 24 hours a day.
